What are your shipping timelines?
Domestic Orders (within India): Products are delivered within 7 days once ready. For customized or made-to-order pieces, dispatch may take up to 30 days.
International Orders: Delivery timelines are approximately double the domestic timeline (i.e., 14 days for ready pieces and 60 days for customized orders).
Do you charge for shipping?
Domestic Shipping: Free of charge across India.
International Shipping: Shipping charges are applicable. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees as per their country’s regulations.

In such cases, you must share an unboxing video and images with us at info@vershaasethi.com within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will process an exchange or issue a credit note (valid for future purchases).
