All content on this website—including designs, images, graphics, logos, text, and software—is the exclusive property of Vershaa Sethi.
Any reproduction, redistribution, or misuse of our content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

3. Orders & Cancellations

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded, as each product is crafted with care, often on a made-to-order or customized basis.
In rare cases, if an order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen reasons, Vershaa Sethi reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a resolution.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping

Free shipping is available for all domestic orders within India.
Ready-to-ship products will be dispatched within 7 working days.
For made-to-order/customized pieces, dispatch may take up to 30 days.
Customers will receive timely updates regarding order status, production progress, and dispatch details.

International Shipping

International orders will be shipped within approximately 2x the domestic timeline (i.e., 14 days for ready products, up to 60 days for made-to-order).
Additional customs duties, import taxes, or levies imposed by the destination country will be borne by the customer.

Note: We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timelines, but delays may occur due to third-party courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances. Vershaa Sethi will not be held liable for such delays.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handcrafted and exclusive nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.
In the rare event of receiving a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video and images for verification.
Once verified, we may offer repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on the case.

6. Product Information & Sizing

All product details, including fabric, handwork, embroidery, and craftsmanship, are described to the best of our ability.
Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to photography, lighting, and screen resolution, and will not be considered defects.
As our pieces are often handcrafted, minor irregularities are natural and reflect the artisanal nature of the product.
Please refer to the size chart provided or contact us for customized sizing before placing an order.

7. Payments

All prices listed on our website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes (excluding international duties & customs).
Payments can be made securely through our authorized payment gateways.
In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed until confirmation of successful payment.

By using our website, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (via email, WhatsApp, or SMS) regarding orders, updates, offers, and policies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan courts.
