Return & Refund Policy

At Vershaa Sethi, each creation is handcrafted with the utmost care and precision to reflect timeless elegance. Since our products are made-to-order or customized, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy. However, we understand that unforeseen issues may arise, and in such cases, we will assist you in the best possible way.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product being delivered.
In such cases, customers must share an unboxing video of the parcel as proof, within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Without this proof, we will not be able to process any return or replacement.
We offer 2 days return if the product is damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized, tailored, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Minor variations in color, embroidery, handwork, or fabric texture are natural in handcrafted luxury wear and will not be considered defects.

3. Refunds

Once your return request is approved, the refund will be issued in the form of a credit note, redeemable on future purchases from Vershaa Sethi.
No cash/bank refunds are provided.
Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

4. Exchange Policy

If a product is eligible for exchange due to damage/defect, we will provide a replacement of the same item.
In case the product is unavailable, a credit note of the same value will be issued.

5. International Orders

For international shipments, the same return policy applies. However, due to customs and high logistics costs, the customer will bear the return shipping charges in case of an approved return.
