1. Shipping Within India

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders across India.
Orders are processed within 7–10 business days unless otherwise mentioned for made-to-order or customized pieces.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, but typically, domestic shipments are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

2. International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide to bring our luxury craftsmanship to your doorstep.
International delivery timelines may range from 10–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Duties, taxes, and customs charges levied by the destination country are solely the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
Should the customer refuse to pay these charges, the order will be considered forfeited, and no refund/credit will be issued.

3. Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number on your registered email and/or WhatsApp for real-time updates.
We partner only with reliable, premium courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

4. Delivery Timelines for Custom Orders

Since our creations are handmade and detail-intensive, custom and made-to-order products may take 4–6 weeks for production before dispatch.
Customers will be notified of estimated delivery timelines at the time of purchase.

5. Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to customs, courier partners, weather, or other external factors are beyond our control.
